fix(voicepost): route mobile give-flow through /give/mobile so the experiment actually enrols users

The voice-posting A/B experiment was collecting nothing from real users. The
experiment entry, /give/mobile/index.vue, is what assigns the variant, records
exposure (bandit uid mobile-compose-variant), logs voicepost_entry, and forwards
the voice cohort to /voicepost. But /give/index.vue redirected every mobile
visitor straight to /give/mobile/photos, bypassing /give/mobile entirely — so no
user was ever assigned or exposed. abtest had zero mobile-compose-variant rows and
Loki had zero real-user voicepost_entry events despite ROLLOUT_PCT=10 on production;
the only signal came from testers hitting /voicepost directly.

Route the mobile give redirect (initial mount + resize watch) to /give/mobile
instead. Control users reach the same /give/mobile/photos destination via one extra
client redirect that records their exposure; the 10% voice cohort gets the choice
screen. Experiment-off (ROLLOUT_PCT=0) still forwards straight to photos.
