feat: virtual serial-monitor port for hardware-free monitor tests (#52)

- add internal/mockhw/virtualMonitorPort: a go.bug.st/serial.Port fake
  seeded with a synthetic boot banner, echoing writes back (loopback)
  and capturing them for assertion
- wire it as a fifth mockhw.Install() seam via session.SetNewManagerFunc,
  so serial_start/read/write/stop route through it instead of a real
  device; restore closure now reverts all five seams
- extend test/hwbench with runSerialMonitorScenarios (start/read banner,
  write+read loopback, stop) run by TestMockBench
- add TestMockSerialMonitorInProcess driving the real serial handlers
  in-process against the fake
- add untagged monitor_port_test.go and extend install_test.go so the
  new production lines stay covered in the default (non-ACC) test run
- document the new monitor scenarios in test/hwbench/README.md
