feat: hardware-free virtual-chip acceptance suite (internal/mockhw + ACC_POGOPIN mock lane) (#51)

- internal/mockhw: SLIP-framed ESP32-S2 virtual chip (serial.Port + ROM
  bootloader simulation) proven against real espflasher in-process
- serial.SetListPortsFn seam (internal/serial/serial_ports.go), mirroring
  the existing session/flash listPortsFn pattern
- mockhw.Install wires the virtual chip into the session/serial seams and
  returns a restore closure so tests can save/restore for isolation
  (t.Cleanup(mockhw.Install()))
- mcpserver.maybeEnableMock activates the virtual chip under the `mock`
  build tag only (production/goreleaser builds carry no mock code)
- test/hwbench refactor: shared GPIO scenarios extracted into
  runGPIOScenarios, reused by both TestHWBench (real hardware, hwtest tag)
  and the new TestMockBench (hardware-free, ACC_POGOPIN gate)
- internal/mcpserver/mock_integration_test.go: in-process handler test
  against the virtual chip (serial_list, esp_gpio_read/set, reserved-pin
  gate)
- Makefile mock-bench/mcp-mock/acc targets + CI mock-bench job
- test/hwbench/README.md + CLAUDE.md: document the hardware-free mock lane
