feat: dashboard git segment shows worktrees (#109)

- parse `git worktree list --porcelain` in gitSegment
- emit a "worktrees" group (section git) with one card per worktree
- flag the main/primary worktree's card with state "main"
- degrade to (nil, nil) on git-worktree errors, and skip the group entirely when there's only the one (main) worktree
