test(membership): cover DeleteMemberships -> systemrole demotion

The two user.SyncSystemRole calls wired into DeleteMemberships (leave/ban)
had no test exercising them, dropping Go coverage 0.3%. Add an integration
test: a Moderator-systemrole user who leaves their only Owner/Moderator
group via DELETE /api/memberships is demoted to systemrole User. Covers the
wiring end-to-end and guards the ex-mod-stale-elevation regression.
