Improve slice-naming tests: cover duplicate names, trim property, parametrize

- Add a duplicate-names strategy (without unique=True) and drive the
  group-name path-safety/uniqueness property with it, so parameters that
  share a name are covered. The map and metamorphic property tests keep
  unique names, since their names.index(...) oracle is ambiguous under
  duplicates.
- Drop the structural count predicate from the uniqueness property (it is
  pinned by the example tests) and add a duplicate-names example row.
- Parametrize the sanitize_h5_name and slice_group_names example cases so
  each reports independently.
