Add parameter name insertion (#73)

Propagate user-defined parameter names into H5Web visualizations and make
normalization cheap to re-run on ELN edits.

- Add `h5web_attribute_map()`, writing NeXus/H5Web attributes (axis `long_name`,
  group `title`) into the auxiliary `.h5` file instead of mutating in-memory annotations
- Make normalization idempotent: recompute the PES only when missing, but always
  refresh label attributes so ELN edits update plots without rerunning BOSS
- Split parsing into a dual-entry model: parser creates entries, normalization does compute
- Build slice query points directly instead of via `PPMain`
- Support per-upload `boss_analysis.yml`/`.yaml` config to seed `parameter_names`,
  falling through to the next candidate on a corrupt/unreadable file
- Derive archive filenames with a single right-split so dotted stems survive
  (`my.run.rst` → `my.run.archive.json`)
- Use `ELNComponentEnum.ReferenceEditQuantity` instead of a bare string
- Correct the `iteration` quantity description to match stored values (start at 1, descending)
- Move the test logging/formatter patch into an autouse session fixture with teardown restore
- Expand tests (attribute-map unit/property tests, dual-entry and dotted-filename coverage,
  real `boss.rst`/`boss.out` fixtures) and update docs, README, CI, and Python/dependency metadata
