WhatJobs: test clickability is scored on insert (covers the moved logic)

The Galera-hammer fix moved clickability scoring out of the post-swap
per-row updateClickability() pass and into insertJobs(), where it's
written on the batched INSERT. updateClickability() kept its tests but the
new insert-time path had none. Add a test that seeds jobs_keywords, runs
insertJobs, and asserts the score lands on the jobs_new row: a title whose
keyword-pair matches scores > 0, an unmatched title scores 0 — the same
scoring as before, now verified at the layer that actually runs in sync().
