Fix Selection::const_iterator::operator== to check both range and position

The previous implementation only compared range_it_, causing two
iterators at different positions within the same range to incorrectly
compare equal. The fix checks range_it_ first, returns true early if
both are at end (where current_ is irrelevant), and otherwise compares
current_ as well.

Also removed redundant range-based for loop test (syntactic sugar for
begin/end which is already tested).
