CI check: verify macOS build on current master (#57)

Update `nlohmann/json` to latest one: 3.11.3. 3.12.0 had a problem:

Essentially, the newer nlohmann version is stricter about type traits and doesn't play well with ghc::filesystem::path's conversion operators under older compilers. 3.11.3 has the literal operator fix without this breaking change.
