[#248] Fix expo-image-manipulator version and remove package-lock.json

- Change expo-image-manipulator from ^57.0.2 to ~13.1.7 (SDK 53 compatible)
- Remove package-lock.json to avoid "multiple lock files" warning

The wrong version was installed via npm instead of yarn, causing
incompatibility with Expo SDK 53.
