feat(bulkProcessing): approve all modal DEV-2323 (#7209)

### 📣 Summary

Added "Approve all selected" button to transcript and translation column
headers for bulk-approving ASR/MT results.

### 💭 Notes

Changes here:

**BulkApproveModal component**
- New modal with confirmation warning
- Shows spinner during API call
- Auto-detects transcript vs translation columns and builds the right
payload
- Calls the bulk-accept endpoint from DEV-2324
- Refreshes the table
- Auto-closes on success

**table.tsx**
- Added `onApproveSelectedSubmissions` handler
- Added DRY `openBulkProcessingModal` that handles all 3 handlers :wink:

**tableColumnSortDropdown.tsx**
- Added "Approve all selected" menu item with a check icon
- Shows up on both transcript and translation columns
- Disabled when no rows selected or user lacks permissions

### 👀 Preview steps

1. ℹ️ Have a project with some ASR or MT results that haven't been
approved yet
2. Go to your project → Data → Table
3. Select a few rows that have transcripts or translations
4. Click the dropdown on a transcript or translation column header
5. 🔴 [on main] Only see "Transcribe selected…" or "Translate selected…"
6. 🟢 [on PR] See "Approve all selected" option
7. Click it
8. 🟢 Modal appears with a warning about what you're approving
9. Click "Approve" button in the modal
10. 🟢 Spinner shows while processing
11. 🟢 Modal closes automatically
12. 🟢 Table refreshes and approved submissions no longer show the
"Review" button but the actual content
