test: raise coverage across five format crates (89% -> 93%) (#43)

* test: raise edikt-env coverage

Add unit tests exercising previously-uncovered branches in edikt-env:
edit dispatch (pipe, del arity, non-assignment), comment paths
(document-banner/nested refusal, inline/missing-key delete no-ops),
comment-only extraction to document foot, emit edge cases (scalar
rejection, entry-foot carry, nesting flatten warning), the Document
trait surface (features/has_comments/apply) + syntax accessor, the
Sk<->raw Language mapping invariant, and CRLF/blank-line round-trips.

All production source lines in edit.rs, comments.rs, lib.rs, and
parser.rs are now covered; only test-internal panic/unreachable
guard branches remain.

Add unit tests covering error paths and edge cases: piped mutations, bad
INI paths, del() arity, object rejection, no-trailing-newline inserts, the
Document trait surface, section-header inline comments, head/foot/missing
comment deletes, document-level and deep comment-path errors, commented
emit (banner/section/foot placement + flatten warning + non-object reject),
CRLF terminators, unclosed headers, and the syntax kind<->raw round-trip.

Add meaningful unit tests covering error paths and edge cases in the TOML
Document/Convert impl: comment write-back errors (foot/document-level/non-field
paths), inline comments on table headers, blank-line-preserving head rewrites,
array/inline-table/array-of-tables extraction, commented-emit hoisting with
warnings, float/datetime/Item::None projection, and set/del path guards.

project.rs -> 100%, comments.rs 81% -> 98%, edit.rs 89% -> 94% (line).
