test(dragon): §3 numeric + §4 colours dragon tiers (WP-6)

Completes the three DECIDED 6.0 §-expansions (§6 already landed).

colors.maximal.ts (§4): invalid hex lengths (1,2,5,7,9,10) reject — only 3/4/6/8
parse; whitespace or a non-hex digit anywhere in a hex run rejects; mixed-case
bodies are case-preserved per digit; Rgba8 round-trips across the full alpha
range incl. 00/ff. (No finds — the colour grammar is solid. rebeccapurple/CSS4
gap flagged in the egg, not a red test.)

numeric.maximal.ts (§3): out-of-range octal/binary digits reject at ANY position
(stoch tested only the first); degenerate/doubled radix prefixes reject; large
hex parses exactly (no 32-bit truncation); bare negatives reject; word constants
are case-sensitive; large `after N weeks` converts without overflow. (SemVer
prerelease held pending the right fsl_version harness — noted in the egg.)

Every behaviour was probed against the parser before assertion. dragons-egg.md
updated: §3/§4 marked dragon-tier live, file entries + flagged gaps added.

Verified: vitest-dragon green — 33 tests across 4 files. eslint clean.
