chore(release): 5.159.3 — WP-6 dragon phase A (suite live + CI lane)

Version bump 5.159.2 -> 5.159.3 and full `npm run build` (dist bundles, type
declarations, changelog, readme, cloc, regenerated parser/version, CEM, and a
perf-chart refresh from the canonical graviton c8g.medium data).

Ships the WP-6 dragon work already committed on this branch:
- kitchen-sink dragon engages fast-check properly + prints seed pairs on a find
- §3 numeric / §4 colours / §6 arrow-decoration *.maximal.ts dragon suites,
  every assertion probed against the parser before it was written
- fixed a fake stoch test (arrow_decorations shuffle float-index) that the §6
  dragon surfaced, plus a deterministic permutation regression guard
- dragon CI lane (npm run vitest-dragon on push + PR; non-gating per the
  detector-never-gates doctrine)

No runtime or API change — test + tooling + docs only.
