fix(browse): smooth distance slider; list/map/coverage adapt on nearby + all-my-communities

- Slider jank ("clicking back" mid-drag): RangeSlider now drives the native input from an
  internal localValue and ignores echoes of its own emitted value, so parent re-renders during
  a drag never rewrite the thumb. Only genuine external changes (reset/clamp) move it.
- Blue coverage hull now renders and adapts on BOTH views: coverageGeoJSON is no longer gated
  on showIsochrones (which is nearby-only); the WKT isochrone overrides stay gated. The hull is
  just a shrinking convex hull of the shown posts, so it tracks the slider on either view.
- Slider scale on "all my communities": feedMax now reads the mygroups feed
  (messageStore.myGroupsList) on that view instead of the empty nearby store, so the slider max
  no longer collapses to its floor and mis-scales. messageStore keeps the last mygroups feed.

Verified in-browser on both views: list, map markers and the blue hull all shrink as the slider
narrows; slider max scales to each feed. Vitest green (RangeSlider decouple + mygroups feedMax
tests added).
