test(bbtool): make TestBBToolCLI a unittest.TestCase so discover runs its 4 CLI tests (#702)

Closes B1-560: unittest discover now finds and runs the 4 CLI integration tests (test_lint_list, test_help, test_lint_with_root, test_version_emit) that were previously skipped because TestBBToolCLI was a bare pytest-style class.

Changes:
- Add 'import unittest'
- Inherit TestBBToolCLI from unittest.TestCase
- Rename setup_class() to setUpClass() to match unittest's expected method name

The tests remain pytest-compatible and still use bare asserts.
