fix(routing): import "time" in groups.go — 0a331b1b9 broke the build

configureGroupsPool() added in 0a331b1b9 calls db.SetConnMaxLifetime(5 * time.Minute)
but the "time" import was never added, so the routing package failed to compile
(./groups.go:139: undefined: time) and CI went red on master. Add the import.
Verified: `go build ./...` is clean with the correct Go 1.23 toolchain + zlib.
