docs: finalize MBI-007 Session design with owner-approved decisions

Incorporated all 10 design decisions from the owner's PR #42 feedback:

1. Session is both container and coordinator
2. Agent addressing by unique ID generated by Session
3. Message(from, to, content, metadata) dataclass for inter-agent msgs
4. Session as async context manager
5. UIBridge on Session with agent_spawned/agent_finished + agent_id tagging
6. run_session() renamed to run_repl(), Session constructed in main()
7. Config gains [session] section (max_agents, isolation, aggregation)
8. agent tool becomes thin wrapper over Session.spawn(), ToolContext.session
9. Session owns backend factory, shares across same-provider agents
10. AgentRegistry moves to Session, agents retain allowed-spawn list

MBI-003 (Python API) marked On Hold — blocked on MBI-007 merge.
Config factory requirement noted for MBI-003.
