fix(profile): count a member's posts once, not once per rippled group

The profile summary counts (Offers/Wanteds/Openoffers/Openwanteds) double-
counted because the messages_groups join fans out to one row per group a post
reaches - a rippled post gains a rippled_in=1 row per group it ripples into.
Use COUNT(DISTINCT messages.id) so each authored post counts once regardless
of how many groups it reached. Same rippling pattern already fixed for the
dashboard Popular Posts (0e639acdf) and mygroups counts (9fda94a29).
