fix(digest): label immediate/reach mail with the group whose setting sends it

A rippled-in post reaches a member because it ripples into a group they receive
IMMEDIATELY (emailfrequency=-1); the post is also on its origin group, which the
member may be a (muted) member of. selectPreferredGroup picked the first
posted-to group the member belonged to — the muted origin group — so the email
was labelled "[OriginGroup]" even though delivery was driven by a different
(immediate) membership. A mod/member then turns off the labelled group and the
mail keeps coming (Discourse #9808: turned off Blaby, but the member received it
via her Charnwood immediate membership).

Prefer, for an immediate/reach mail, a group the recipient is set to receive
immediately on (emailfrequency=-1) when choosing the subject/byline group, so the
label names the membership that actually controls the email. Daily roll-ups and
non-immediate paths are unchanged (empty priority list).
