fix(deps): sync package-lock srvx 0.11.17->0.11.18 so npm ci passes (vitest)

srvx@0.11.18 became the latest release; the floating range (^0.11.15) now
resolves to it, so the stricter npm ci on the vitest CI runner rejected the
lock ("lock file's srvx@0.11.17 does not satisfy srvx@0.11.18") and vitest
never ran. A clean lock-only regen changes exactly this one resolution, so
this is the surgical 3-field bump. No source changes.
