2.95.0: reusable chosen-clone annotation + signature-map plot (#305)

Add two reusable primitives for contextualizing an externally-selected
clone list against a clone table scored in a different compartment:

- gex.annotate_chosen: boolean mask of rows whose clone is in the chosen
  list; exact match on normalized CDR3 (αβ-pair or CDR3β-only). Accepts a
  DataFrame, (α, β) tuples, or bare β strings.
- plots.plot_signature_map: antigen-response × cytolytic scatter
  generalized to any two score columns, with a highlighted subset and
  optional categorical coloring. Three layers cover chosen-vs-background,
  chosen-vs-all, and chosen+overlap-pool views by varying masks.

27 new tests. Closes #302.
