fix(bbtool): shorten full-SHA breadboard pin to 7 chars in version string (#594)

- detect full 40-char lowercase hex SHA via regex
- truncate to first 7 chars (workspace-standard git short length)
- tags, branches, and short hashes pass through unchanged
- add test cases for 40-hex SHA, tag, branch, 7-char hash, and missing pin
