feat(ripple): report crosspost-group breadth in reach backfill

When recomputeReach shrinks an over-reached post it now also measures, per
post, how many Freegle groups the post would crosspost into under its
CURRENT reach vs the CAPPED reach — using the same
publish/type/onhere/polyindex + ST_Intersects selection the live ripple
(rippleIntoNewGroups) uses. Aggregated into groups_before/groups_after and
printed by ripple:recompute-reach, so a --dry-run quantifies the cap's
effect on cross-posting before any write.
