feat(bb_mqtt): precise TLS handshake diagnostic via bb_tls (B1-362) (#567)

- on MQTT_ERROR_TYPE_TCP_TRANSPORT, capture esp_tls_stack_err into a
  local variable and pass it to bb_tls_handshake_diag; raw code is
  log-only — never stored on the handle or exposed via public API
- emit bb_tls_handshake_diag diagnostic log naming broker host + SSL_IN
  so actionable guidance appears at the point of failure
- mqtt_url_host helper strips scheme/port/path from h->uri for the host arg
- bb_mqtt PRIV_REQUIRES bb_tls (used for bb_tls_handshake_diag)
- bb_mqtt_stats_t stays at 3 fields: reconnect_count, last_disc_error_type,
  connected — no tls_error_code public surface
