fix: bb_pub stamp transport/tls per-sink (no bleed across sinks) (#557)

- always delete transport/tls keys from the shared json obj before
  per-sink serialization, not only when the sink has transport set
- previously, a sink with transport=NULL inherited whatever the prior
  sink stamped (e.g. event/sse sink received transport=mqtt label)
- bug was pre-existing with any 2+ sinks where a later sink has no
  transport; most visible with 3 sinks (mqtt+event+websocket)
- add test_bb_pub_three_sinks_no_transport_bleed covering mqtt→event→ws
  fan-out; failed before fix, passes after
