fix: drop redundant info.uptime_ms (duplicate of bb_pub-injected key) (#544)

- bb_pub injects uptime_ms into every payload (B1-352 ts->uptime_ms rename); the info source also emitted its own, producing a duplicate JSON key in the info topic

- drop the source's emit — same value (bb_clock at the same tick), so info.uptime_ms consumers (Grafana, telegraf) are unaffected
