feat(web): make whole content column an image drop zone (#2158)

* feat(web): make whole content column an image drop zone

Drag-and-drop now targets the entire chat content column (and the task
thread column), not just the composer box. MessageInput exposes its
file-drop handler upward via an optional registerDropTarget prop; the
column owns the drop surface (new useImageDropZone hook + ImageDropOverlay)
and forwards dropped files to the composer. Attachment state and the
useFileAttachments hook are unchanged.

* fix(web): keep chat image drop hooks stable

* fix(web): clear image drop overlay on column leave
