feat(ripple): per-group KPI filter + taken/received KPI on the sysadmin rippling page

Results differ a lot by place, so the reply KPIs gain an optional ?groupid= filter (scopes to a
post's ORIGIN group) and the page gets a group dropdown - populated from the groups whose posts
have rippled, so the experiment groups appear once they're live. Adds a 4th KPI: % of posts
taken/received (the reuse outcome, messages_outcomes IN ('Taken','Received')), with a 7-day
settling cut so young days aren't penalised.
