chore: bump @dcl/schemas to latest (^16.2.0 -> ^26.5.0)

Bring lamb2's direct @dcl/schemas dependency up to the current major. The types
lamb2 uses (Avatar/Emote/Wearable/Entity/categories/Outfit/...) are unchanged
across the bump, so src builds and the suites pass without code changes.

This also brings lamb2's direct dep closer to the transitive @dcl/schemas@25
pulled in by @dcl/crypto. Older copies still arrive transitively via
dcl-catalyst-client (23.x) and its crypto (9.x); those are isolated by yarn
(no runtime conflict) and resolve as those upstreams update.
