fix: remove the bun job from the release workflow (#1325)

The Release workflow ran a standalone `bun` job (setup-bun + `bun install` +
`bun test`) with `continue-on-error: true`. It gated nothing (the `node` job that
runs the actual lint/test/build/semantic-release pipeline does not depend on it),
so it only added noise and CI minutes. Removed it; the `node` release job is
unchanged.
