refactor: route bb_ota_{boot,pull} heap queries through bb_board wrappers (B1-336) (#501)

Replace raw heap_caps_get_largest_free_block(INTERNAL|8BIT) with the existing
bb_board_heap_internal_largest_free_block() (6 sites) and free_size(INTERNAL) log
queries with bb_board_heap_internal_free() (3 sites). The 3 guard-input
free_size(INTERNAL|8BIT) calls are left raw — bb_board's free wrapper measures
INTERNAL without 8BIT, so swapping would change the guarded heap. Adds bb_board
to PRIV_REQUIRES of both components.
