refactor: add bb_mem SPIRAM-preferred alloc helper (bb_core); migrate 4 sites + ssd1306 (B1-334, B1-321) (#500)

Introduce bb_malloc_prefer_spiram / bb_calloc_prefer_spiram / bb_mem_free in
bb_core (portable header + espidf heap_caps impl + host malloc impl), collapsing
the SPIRAM-preferred-with-fallback idiom that was copy-pasted across bb_log,
bb_event, bb_ring_spiram, and bb_event_routes_spiram. ssd1306 framebuffer moves
from internal-only to prefer-spiram (B1-321). Host test added; 2415/2415 green.
