fix: alias BB_PUB_WORKER_PRIORITY with consistent Kconfig bridge (B1-333) (#497)

- replace bare CONFIG_BB_PUB_WORKER_PRIORITY guard with the same
  3-way BB_-alias bridge used by BB_PUB_WORKER_STACK and BB_PUB_WORKER_CORE
  directly above it in bb_pub_espidf.c
- update the xTaskCreatePinnedToCore call to use BB_PUB_WORKER_PRIORITY
- CONFIG_BB_PUB_WORKER_PRIORITY already existed in components/bb_pub/Kconfig
  (int, default 1, range 1-24); no Kconfig addition needed
- host builds now pick up overrides via the alias; on-target behavior unchanged
- default value 1 preserved
