refactor: share st77xx forward declarations in a private header (B1-322) (#498)

- add bb_display_st77xx_internal.h next to the impl files (not in include/)
- remove duplicate extern + prototype blocks from bb_display_st7735.c and
  bb_display_st7789.c; both files now include the shared header instead
- no behavior change
