fix: add 422 Unprocessable Entity to bb_http_resp_set_status (#483)

- the switch lacked 422 so it returned bb_err_invalid_arg and the http status silently fell back to 200
- bb_ota_push's B1-307 corrupt-image path now returns a real 422 (hw-confirmed on bitaxe-650)
- mirror the same case in the host switch so ci matches device behaviour
