fix: bb_ota_push — return clear errors on validation/boot-partition failure (B1-307) (#482)

- esp_ota_end failure now returns 422 with json error instead of ambiguous closed connection; 422 distinguishes a corrupt/incomplete image (retry-able) from network/internal errors
- esp_ota_set_boot_partition failure now returns 500 with json error instead of silent close
- factor all repeated inline error responses into a static ota_push_err(req, status, msg) helper; behavior unchanged, statuses and messages identical
- document the 422 in s_ota_push_responses schema array; tighten 400/500 descriptions to remove over-claimed 'validation failed'
- update CLAUDE.md bb_ota_push section with full error taxonomy
