Replace notion_client response casts with a TypeAdapter helper (#247)

The six `cast(dict[str, Any], self.raw_api.X(...))` narrowings existed because
the Notion SDK types its responses as `Any | Awaitable[Any]`, which breaks
`**`-unpacking. Validate them through a single `TypeAdapter(dict[str, Any])`
helper instead, which both narrows the type and checks at runtime that the
response really is a mapping.
