Declare query condition dispatch constants as ClassVar (#252)

The per-subclass dispatch constants on the abstract `InEquality` and
`DateCondition` bases were declared as bare underscore annotations, which
pydantic treats as private instance attributes. They are class-level
dispatch constants, not per-instance state, so declare them as
`ClassVar[str]` to state the intent and keep pydantic from managing them
as private attributes.
