Drop __getitem__/__delitem__ metaclass type: ignores by moving get_prop onto SchemaType (#212)

Move `get_prop` and `is_bound` from `Schema` classmethods onto the
`SchemaType` metaclass (and declare `_database` there alongside `_props`),
mirroring the earlier `get_props`/`as_table` moves. This gives the
`__getitem__` and `__delitem__` metaclass methods a correctly-typed `cls`
instead of the `cls: type[Schema]` annotation hack, so their
`type: ignore[misc]` comments are no longer needed.
