Drop wrap_obj_ref __func__ type ignore by using class identity check (#213)

Replace the `cls.wrap_obj_ref.__func__ is hl_cls.wrap_obj_ref.__func__`
introspection (which required a `# type: ignore[attr-defined]` due to mypy
issue #14123) with a direct `cls is hl_cls` check. This is behaviorally
equivalent for all real usage and removes the dependency on the unfixed mypy bug.
