Drop __str__ metaclass type: ignore by moving as_table onto SchemaType (#211)

Move `as_table` from a `Schema` classmethod onto the `SchemaType`
metaclass, mirroring the earlier `get_props` move. This gives
`__str__` a correctly-typed `cls` (the metaclass instance) instead of
the `cls: type[Schema]` annotation hack, so its `type: ignore[misc]`
is no longer needed.
