fix: add @{argLine} to worker surefire config for JaCoCo coverage

Worker module's JaCoCo prepare-agent was not attaching to test JVM
because maven-surefire-plugin lacked @{argLine} configuration.
This caused worker/target/site/jacoco/jacoco.xml to never be generated,
resulting in Coveralls upload failure (exit code 126, Permission denied).

Aligns with how common/pom.xml already configures surefire.
