fix: remove worker coverage from Coveralls upload

Worker module is an unpublished standalone Spring Boot app.
Its jacoco.xml is not generated reliably in CI (spring-boot-starter-parent
parent POM doesn't pass @{argLine} by default), causing Coveralls
upload to fail with exit code 126 (Permission denied).
