fix: auto-detect TLS for OTLP log exporter from endpoint scheme

OTLPLogExporter previously hardcoded insecure=True, breaking log
shipping to TLS endpoints (e.g. collector.chimefrb.xyz:443). Now
derives insecure from the OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT scheme:
https:// → TLS, http:// (or bare host:port) → plaintext.
