refactor(#1511): delete 3 dead getter wrappers (#1564) (#1564)

getAutoclearPanelSeconds and getPwgenExecutable had zero callers anywhere
(found by grep audit after PR #1563).

getPassSigningKey had one caller in tst_integration.cpp:309; replaced with
QtPassSettings::load().passSigningKey, then deleted.

The getProfile{UseGit,AutoPush,AutoPull} trio is kept — they read
profile sub-keys not represented in AppSettings and are needed by the
profileGitOptions test.
