Use SDK compaction for Kimi and Codex (#2100)

* fix: use SDK compaction for Kimi and Codex

Enable native SDK auto-compaction windows for known Kimi and Codex context limits so NeoKai does not inject /compact as user text for those providers.

* fix: derive Codex compaction window per model

Keep Codex SDK-native compaction tied to the selected model context window so mini variants compact at 128k instead of the frontier 272k window.

* fix: propagate auto-compact env safely

Pass CLAUDE_CODE_AUTO_COMPACT_WINDOW through provider env application and handle rejected fallback compaction enqueues to avoid unhandled shutdown races.

* fix: prevent compact-window env leaks

Filter CLAUDE_CODE_AUTO_COMPACT_WINDOW from session env and clear stale provider overrides before native Anthropic queries.

* fix: preserve native compact-window overrides

Allow Anthropic sessions to keep user CLAUDE_CODE_AUTO_COMPACT_WINDOW values while still filtering bridge-provider overrides.

* test: avoid Kimi credentials in env filter test

Use Codex bridge coverage for provider-managed compact-window filtering so CI does not invoke Kimi SDK config without credentials.
