- 28446606 Guasp 2017 — HLA-B*51:08 from BCH-30 B-LCL (Behcet's, Hap10
  ERAP1); ebv_lcl (patient LCL, not tumor)
- 26824387 McMurtrey 2016 — HLA-A*02:01 from THP-1 (AML monocytic line)
  infected with Toxoplasma gondii; cell_line + parasite-infection condition

Dropped during verification (not clean elution datasets): 30425106
(neoantigen stability screening), 37117789 (SARS-CoV-2 vaccine T-cell
study), 28819312 (nevirapine-hypersensitivity association).

Tally: 20 PMIDs curated across batches 1-7 + the systemic EBV-LCL fix.

* Strengthen BCH-30 (28446606) note: patient-derived evidence for ebv_lcl

Review flagged the ebv_lcl tag as inferred. Dug into BCH-30's provenance:
it naturally co-expresses HLA-B*51:08 AND the ERAP1 Hap10 haplotype (both
germline-encoded), which proves patient origin (not a transfectant); as a
patient B-LCL it is EBV-immortalized by the standard LCL methodology. Not
in Cellosaurus (lab-specific patient line). Note now records this reasoning
rather than asserting bare 'patient B-LCL'.
