v1.31.7: curate 2 mono-allelic EBV-LCL transfectant PMIDs (#33c/#36 batch 6) (#284)

- 26024233 Metushi 2015 — C1R HLA-B*57:01 (acyclovir drug-specificity)
- 22706990 Huyton 2012 — 721.221 HLA-B*44:09 (C-terminal motif)

Both mono-allelic transfectants on EBV-LCL hosts; classified ebv_lcl
(not cancer) via the v1.31.3 host registry even though IEDB cell_name is
the imprecise 'B cell' (mono_allelic_host pins the host). Tests green.

Tally: 18 PMIDs curated across batches 1-6 + the systemic EBV-LCL fix.
